Jack Frost is one of the most well-known demons in the Megami Tensei series, as well as Atlus's mascot. He is a childish snow spirit who delights in pulling pranks and tends to add "hee-ho" onto his sentences. This particular Jack Frost joins the tournament for unknown reasons; it could be just for the thrill of it.
Jack Frost is unlocked after beating him in a Grade B Exhibition race of World Tour Challenge. To gain access, you must buy him from the shop for 75,000 Points.

Black Frost is the "evil" counterpart to Jack Frost, and is identical to him in every way save for appearance and abilities. Black Frosts became corrupted after attaining a great amount of power, so their mischievous tendencies are more malicious in nature. Like his weaker cousin, Black Frost joins the tournament for unknown reasons.
Black Frost is unlocked after beating him in a Grade A Exhibition race of World Tour Challenge. To gain access, you must buy him from the shop for 200,000 Points. He appears as Jack Frost's fifth color scheme.
