Tommy (トミー Tomī?), also known as Thomas "Tommy" Parsy, is a reoccurring character from the Snowboard Kids series.

Smitten by Nancy ever since he met her at his parents' company picnic, Tommy has tried (unsuccessfully) to get her to fall in love with him ever since. He entered this tournament in hopes of winning the championship to impress her. He's not a good snowboarder, but he'll use any dirty trick he can to finish first.

Tommy was smitten by Nancy ever since he met her at his relative's company party. Despite his heavy-handed efforts to grab her attention, Nancy is completely unswayed by his attempts. He then decided to enter the tournament, thinking it'll be the best place to show off to her. Even though he's not very good at snowboarding, he'll try to win using any underhanded means necessary.

- Tommy is the only returning character to have a different spelling than those from the previous games. In SBK: Snowboard Kids, his name is spelled as トミー (Tomī), while the previous games alternate between トミィ (Tomi) and トミー (Tomī).
- While Tommy is given the same surname as his counterpart in the English version of the game, it is not present in the Japanese version, indicating that Atlus's USA branch added it for the sake of familiarity.
